Drew Yancey

Drew is an innovation strategist at Clareo, where he leverages his entrepreneurial and executive leadership expertise to help clients create new growth paths.

He has over ten years of strategy consulting and executive leadership experience across multiple industries, with an extensive track record in high-performance team building and operations management.

His entrepreneurial background includes being the President of a produce merchandising and distribution company specializing in commissary retail business. Before that, he was the Director of Strategy for a Top 50 Foodservice Distributor, helping lead the company through its acquisition by a Top 5 Distributor. Drew was also entrepreneur-in-residence at Peak Solutions, a consulting firm focused on strengthening organizational health in management teams.

Drew speaks internationally on topics related to innovation, strategy, and organizational health. He is particularly active in the food industry, with regular involvement in organizations like Produce Marketing Association (PMA), ProAct, United Fresh, and the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA).

As part of his undergraduate studies, Drew completed with distinction the summer honors program in theology and philosophy at the University of Oxford. He has a Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary, an MBA from Texas A&M University, and is a PhD candidate in religious and management ethics at the University of Birmingham (UK).

He resides in Colorado with his wife and three children. He is actively involved in international development and social enterprise leadership, having traveled to more than thirty-five countries.
