Hassan Mirza is an Engagement Leader at Clareo, where he drives growth and innovation through portfolio management and digital transformations.
Hassan has nearly a decade of industry and consulting experience. He started his career in O&G drilling operations as a lead engineer. He then pivoted into drilling optimization where he consulted O&G majors, IOCs, and independents to maximize drilling efficiencies and to develop robust drilling programs. He continued to deepen his engineering experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and providing Expert Witness Report (EWR) for drilling/snubbing operation incidents to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and United States Department of Labor. Midway through his MBA, he began his business consulting experience at EY, helping Fortune 500 companies develop new growth strategies.
Hassan is also an experienced entrepreneur, co-founding an activewear and apparel company as well as founding an independent strategy firm with an emphasis on small to mid-market clients.
He graduated with his Master of Business Administration from Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University with a concentration in Strategic Management and Operations Management. He also holds an active Professional Engineering (PE) License in Machine Design and Materials in the State of Texas.
