Lauren McManus is an Analyst at Clareo, leveraging her engineering and design background to help companies develop sustainable growth strategies.


Prior to joining Clareo, Lauren drove change through positions in sustainable agriculture, public sector planning, and resource recovery. She draws on her diverse work experiences to support Clareo’s clients.

She also interned at Jacobs, a top engineering consulting firm. Lauren contributed to several large-scale projects, including energy assessments for a major airline company. Her recommended energy conservation strategies and streamlined business operations continue to save the client thousands of dollars annually.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University. There, she founded the Environmental Engineering Undergraduate Society. She was also selected for Northwestern’s Bay Area Immersion Program, during which she worked at a sustainability-focused startup accelerator in San Francisco and earned a Certificate in Design Innovation.
