Lucy Jeong-Adler is the Talent Director at Clareo, helping to develop and nurture Clareo’s world-class team.
She has more than 10 years of experience developing and executing business and operations strategies, from both the consulting and client perspectives.
Prior to joining Clareo, Lucy was a resource deployment manager at IBM where she managed the staffing and development of 90+ strategy consultants and partners across the U.S. for clients in the industrial sector. The role required a keen sense of business and talent acumen to optimize billable hours while also leveraging the unique skills and talents of each individual to ensure the success of each client engagement. Previously, Lucy was a managing strategy consultant for several years within IBM’s Strategy & Transformation Practice, where she helped Fortune 500 clients with their business and operations strategies on a global scale. During this time, she was awarded three service and leadership excellence awards for her commitment to her clients and project delivery.
In addition to her business background, Lucy has a passion for design, exploring her creative side through various classes in woodworking, upholstery, wheel throwing, architecture and interior design.
Lucy has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BS from Northwestern University. She has explored the creative side with classes at the School of the Art Institute, the NY School of Interior Design, 3rd Ward in Brooklyn (now closed) and UC Berkeley extensions.
