Talia Soffer is an Engagement Leader at Clareo.

Talia has been helping both large corporations and small startups with innovation and growth for almost a decade. Before becoming an Engagement Leader at Clareo, she led innovation initiatives for global corporations including Nestle, Coca-Cola, Treasury Wine Estates, BP, and Bandai Namco. These initiatives included creating internal technology and growth strategies, forming strategic startup partnerships, conducting in-depth research and analysis on emerging market trends, and growing corporate venture capital portfolios.

Before working in corporate innovation Talia worked as the first employee at an early-stage food retail startup leading efforts to raise VC funding, launching new product features, and forming partnerships with food producers.

She was also a facilitator and mentor for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Middle East Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow (MEET) program in Jerusalem, which selects highly gifted Israeli and Palestinian high school students to embark on a three year journey of learning the fundamentals of enterpreneurship, computer science, and leadership.

Talia has a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
