Dingo Names Peter J. Bryant to Board of Directors

Denver, Colo., May 09, 2013 – Dingo Software today announced that Peter J. Bryant has been appointed to the company’s board of directors. “Peter has extraordinary technology and business expertise, and we are delighted that he is joining Dingo’s board of directors,” said Dingo CEO Paul Higgins.

Mr. Bryant has more than 30 years of experience developing and driving high-growth strategies for companies in the U.S., Asia Pacific and Europe. He has advised executive teams across a broad range of enterprises, from emerging companies through to Global Fortune 500 firms on transformative growth and innovation strategy. He has expertise in multiple sectors including resources, energy, CPG and technology. Peter has held senior leadership roles, such as CEO and COO at global companies, including General Electric, Mincom and Computer Associates.

A serial entrepreneur, Peter has also served as CEO/President for two emerging technology companies, Co-Founder of an enterprise software services company, and continues to advise startups and serve in a mentoring role for accelerators such as Clean Launch, Founders and Innovation Pavilions.

Mr. Bryant holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. He is currently a partner at Clareo, a strategy consulting firm, and is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Chartered Accountant of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants. Peter is a Senior Advisor to the investment bank Q Advisors and a Senior Fellow of The Kellogg Innovation Network, which is part of the Kellogg School of Management. He has held numerous board positions including a directorship at a nonprofit for underprivileged children.
