Helped a 100+ year old global food manufacturer envision the future of next-gen convenience. Assisted a global food company to define and evaluate plausible futures for the rapidly-evolving regenerative and organic landscape. Supported the evolution of the world’s leading nutritional supplement firm into wellness products and services through the transformation of their innovation agenda and portfolio. This helped the firm sustain and grow its leadership position in a hotly competitive global market.

Supported the launch of the corporate development unit for a global health and beauty business. Then, we assisted the unit to progress from ecosystem analysis to M&A strategy and build/buy analysis.
