Castrol and Clareo Recognized for World-Class Client Experience and Results

The partnership between Castrol, the world’s leading provider of lubricant solutions, and Clareo took home two award recognitions at the 2013 Client Advisor Awards held on January 31 at Cherokee Town Club in Atlanta, GA. Castrol won in the Large Client Category for the growth strategy work done in collaboration with Clareo. For the same partnership, Clareo was named as a finalist in the in the Small Professional Services Firm category. “We win when our clients win,” said Peter J. Bryant, partner at Clareo. “Our team appreciates the recognition of our efforts to be a true partner to our clients.” The Client Advisor Awards is the country’s only award program honoring the economic impact of professional services firms, advisor professionalism and ‘clients of choice’. Established in 2005, the program sets the standard for best practice behavior and results in the relationships between professional services firms and their clients.

Twenty-two finalists were selected from a large pool of nominees across a range of professional disciplines. Judges evaluated finalists’ client engagement case studies for excellence in six areas: collaboration, creativity, content and value orientation, capability, credibility and results generated relative to the project’s level of difficulty.
