Helped one of the world’s leading gold mining companies identify key themes, approaches, organizational models and metrics from other sectors to support radical water reduction, in their quest towards zero-water. Created a framework that included an approach to internal water pricing to drive behavior and investment choices, immediate good practice adoption and an engagement approach for internal and external stakeholders; and created metrics to measure economic, environmental and social outcomes.

Exploring Adjacent and New Markets for Oil Services Company

Created and organized the process and approach to the growth portfolio for Hatch, a leading global EPCM company. Utilized Clareo Decisions software to help prioritize and manage their portfolio in an ongoing and sustained manner.

Developing a Next Generation Digital E&P Services Company

Led an effort in which two leading providers of oil and gas technology and services partnered to explore the opportunity for a next generation energy services company built around a digital backbone for Oil and Gas Exploration & Production. Brought external and customer perspectives, facilitated multiple ideation sessions to identify, prioritize and develop key areas of opportunity and the value proposition the companies could offer. Created a development and go to market plan based on Clareo’s FastPath.
